Last month Lauren Scudder and Tom Ryder of LOZT (pronounced), released their Live From Bridge Sessions. making it available to stream from Spotify. and we love it.
Lauren, Orange County, California and Tom, Cambridge, UK have fused together creating a blend of “pure magic” as described by Keldon Music. Offering “Tom’s British charm and quirky lyrics along with Lauren’s America soul and R&B’. LOZT have created beautiful sounds with soaring harmonies and witty lyrics which brings plenty of chemistry, emotion and so many laughs during their performances.
“LOZT marries together two sensational voices. The songwriting is heartfelt, clever and genuinely entertaining. Their live show can make you laugh and cry; Tom and Lauren are great to listen to and great to watch. The chemistry between the two of them and between them and the audience is electric” – BAXT
You can hear these beautiful sounds on the link below, where LOZT performed ‘Turmoil’ as part of their Bridge Sessions.
We love the relaxed vibes and beautiful melodies in this performance you can hear the relaxed Californian influence. An immediate feeling of driving through the countryside on a lovely summers day with the windows rolled down springs to mind and already makes us miss summer, but cant wait for the next. However we can also see ourselves curling up on the sofa with a nice glass of wine listening to those lyrics we have already heard so much about, bringing smiles and peaceful tones during these winter months.
Videos of LOZT’s Bridge Sessions performances will be premiering in the next few weeks and we will be keeping a close eye on the bands social media pages so we don’t miss them. You can find them too on the following channels:
And, if you’d like to see them live for yourself, experiencing the magic first hand, they have a collection of live performances coming up.
