Musicians finally get put first in Liverpool’s new hybrid festival ready to take in the cities big boy’s.
We are delighted to share our first wave announcement with you for this years Shout About It Live. Returning to Liverpool for its second year the new festival on the block promises to bring you a diverse line up and an incredible exhibition of gig photography from around the world.
The not for profit festival comes to the Baltic Quarter to bring communities together and celebrate live music. Shout About It will host a new wave of ethical hybrid festival and events to empower musicians to focus on cross promotion within the arts community to bring two platforms together.
Sunday headliner Robert Vincent recently won UK Album of the Year at the UK Americana Awards 2018 for his album ‘I’ll Make The Most Of My Sins’.The festival celebrates both men and women in the music industry with bans such as Rews taking a spot on the line up. Rews are the London/Belfast based high-energy alternative rock duo consisting of songstress Shauna Tohill and vocalising beat-rocker Collette Williams. Together, they create high energy, infectious alt rock, described by Team Rock as “melodious but badass”.
Amongst new faces such as ‘The Voice’ Runner up Emmanuel Nwamadi and Canada’s Novusolis are Liverpool Favourites Nick Ellis, Limerance, Brothers Of Mine, Astles and Decca Records artist Eleanor Nelly.
