Mellow tunes and positive vibes as Of Monsters and Men make a return to the UK
After 4 years, British fans were delighted to see Of Monsters and Men make a return to the UK on their first tour since 2015. The night saw an amazing lineup with support from the popular Black Honey.
Kicking it off with their hit song ‘Alligator’ from new album, FEVER DREAM, fans faces instantly lit up with excitement – the anticipation building as the song’s intro played out. The Icelandic five-piece are known for their folk-pop music, the chilled atmosphere of their tunes that audience members love so much being even more immersive when watching them live.
The more bubbly songs were mirrored by lead singer and guitarist, Nanna Bryndís Hilmarsdóttir’s, beaming smile and the sparkliest of trousers! Fan-favourite, ‘Little Talks’, was finally played just before the encore – everybody in the room singing along as they just didn’t want the night to end.
The night of fun and chilled vibes ended with ‘Yellow Light’ and the audience of all ages leaving with nothing but positive vibes. The FEVER DREAM tour continues through the UK until Saturday the 2nd, and then onto their European dates.
